BILL
By Donna Penley Penny Jo was his favorite horse; He’d ride her like th’ wind. He lived his life th’ same way, No thought of th’ end. He loved his friends an’ family; But, so many times was gone – Out doin’ other things, But he lived it, right or wrong. Th’ things he’s best remembered by, Is his ornery little smile, An’ how he loved to tease us; Lovin’ us all th’ while. His last days he faced head-on; Looked mortality in th’ eye. An’ with his loved ones all around him Went peacefully on high. Protected By Copyright
