By Donna Penley
She was the oldest relative I had -- The child of a sister to my Dad. She was always a lady. Had the sweetest smile Liked to dress to the nines in her very own style. She loved her husband and her daughter, Sue. And her grandchildren, too. Always showed off all their pictures. It was her favorite thing to do. Then, along came Kelly in her later years. She loved that dog so much; He really only loved just her -- and a few others with a special touch. She loved God and music and her church family. And I know that now her soul is free. We all will miss her on earth down here -- But I know her soul did roam -- Heavenward to that golden land That she now calls her home! Protected by Copyright |
